2. Plait 3 times, hand middle section to model.
3. Take a section above.

5. Repeat, to secure do a normal plait all the way down and pin into place.

Ladder Plait

2. Plait until you reach a section you have dropped and blend it into the plait. Do not tug as you want to create a loose ladder effect.

Five Strand Plait

2. From outside, over and under the middle section and repeat on the other side.
3. Repeat this until you have reach the end of the hair and secure with an elastic.

Slip Tie Knot

1. Create a nice high section on the top of the head in a U formation.
2. Separate into 2
3. Tie a knot
4. Place the hair into the models fingers
5. Bring in the next top section (across and sides)
6. Tie another knot and slot into the model's fingers.
7. Move onto the next section, this time bringing the front section, remember, always bringing the front section to the back)
8. Repeat until you have no head left, then finish off with a three strand plait and secure with a elastic band.

Note: To mess up any plait, take a strip of coarse material and rub it over the head.
