To create a chignon you will need:
Hair brush
Sectioning comb
Hairspray
Hair pins
Hair tie
Brush hair to free tangles and knots
Leave out a section at either side of the head, this will be incorporated into the chignon later.
Pull hair back into a low tight ponytail. Add volume to the top of the head before if needed.
Roll the ponytail under and pin, fan the shape out and pin on either side.
Take the two sections you have left out and wrap round the low bun you have created to hide the hair tie.
Finish with hairspray to secure the style.
Add accessories if you want.
